THE HOUSE
Casa La Parra is a charming 2-storey village house in Beznar, which has been converted into four spacious apartments of one and two bedrooms. The apartments share a swimming pool, courtyard and barbeque area and each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located in the village of Beznar, between the stunning city of Granada and the Tropical Coast, near the picturesque Alpujarra region and the National Park of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. The village itself is tranquil and offers the visitor the chance to experience traditional Andalusian life. You can appreciate excellent views of Lake Beznar and the surrounding orange and lemon trees. Here you can find the basic facilities, a supermarket and a typical bar. It is close to the villages of Lecrín and Dúrcal which have a larger selection of shops, restaurants and bars. There are also regular bus services from Beznar into the surrounding villages and into the centre of Granada or to the coast.

THE APARTMENTS
CASA LAS GRANADAS is a first floor, attractively-decorated one-bedroom open-plan apartment with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It has a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
CASA LAS MARGARITAS is a ground-floor, open-plan one-bedroom apartment with a mezzanine floor with a spare bed. It has one bathroom with shower.
CASA LAS CEREZAS is a first floor, two-bedroom open-plan apartment. It consists of one double with ensuite and one twin bedroom. It also has a WC and 3 small balconies with views of the village and church.
CASA IRIS is the penthouse of Casa La Parra. It has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, a living room with chimney, a kitchen, one bathroom with shower, and a large private balcony with table and chairs overlooking the village and church.
The four apartments share two washing machines, two built in barbeques, the swimming pool and the courtyard.
