You can either upload your document as an attachment, or copy and paste the text into the "Text to be translated" box. The flat rate charge of €25 applies to documents containing fewer than 500 words. Documents containing in excess of 500 words may be submitted. In this case we will send you an invoice (payable online) for the extra cost, calculated at €0.06 per additional word. Translations are normally returned within 24 hours (Mon-Sat). However, documents which contain highly technical or specialized terminology (legal, scientific, medical etc.), which require research, may take a little longer.
